My Approach
We all face struggles in this broken world, and it can take a lot of strength and courage to reach out for help. As a therapist, my goal is to offer a safe space to work through those struggles. Each individual is different, and I use a variety of research based therapeutic approaches to meet a client where they are. While each person is unique, I also find it is important to recognize that we all are whole beings, with a body, mind, and spirit, and each part has value and effects the other parts. Overall, my therapy style is meant to encourage hope, openness, motivation and growth.
